Price list for computer labor:

Onsite Residential:

• $55.00 an hour (minimum 2 hour, pro rate after per 15 min.).
• $45.00 an hour if the job takes more then one day for the remainder of the job.
• The prices above only include labor, no parts.

In Shop Residential:

• $45.00 an hour for remote access (minimum 1 hour, pro rate after per 15 min.).
• $75.00 flat rate on miner jobs – desktops, towers, laptops and notebooks.
• $110.00 flat rate on major jobs – desktops and towers.
• $160.00 flat rate on major jobs – laptops and notebooks.
• $200.00 flat rate on Hard Drive Recovery if drive does not have to been sent into a lab.
• $700.00 flat rate on Hard Drive Recovery if drive does have to been sent into a lab.
• The prices above only include labor, no parts.

Onsite Commercial:

• $75.00 an hour flat.

• $900.00 flat rate on Hard Drive Recovery if drive does have to been sent into a lab.

Travel Charges

• 0 - 20 miles = No Charge
• 21 - 40 miles = $30.00
• 41 - 60 miles = $45.00
• 61 - 80 miles = $60.00
• 81 - 100 miles = $75.00
 

Remote access can only work if the customer can boot up their computer and access the internet. In some cases it can be done in safe mode with networking. (Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10)

Network data drops average 1 to 1.5 hours per drop (This includes thru walls with face plates.)
